Grayson’s wide range of experience includes operating West Point Cycles and 5 retail stores in Western Canada as well creating the first Canadian “mountain bike” as co-founder of Canada’s most prestigious bicycle manufacturing firm, Rocky Mountain Bicycles. Grayson also established Race Face, a bicycle component and clothing brand, and learned through two failed tech businesses, RevClick and Vukani. More recently, he built Vancouver-based fair-trade tea business, JusTea, to profitable returns before selling the company.

Deeply involved in the community, Grayson has directed charities and boards such as More Than Gold, Every Nation Vancouver, Impact Nations, and Sanctuary Mental Health Ministries.

Grayson’s energy and attention is now devoted to Reconcile Business Solutions, helping small businesses obtain high growth results through implementing strategies and systems.
